The evil Norma Parker
Norma Parker is the main villainess from "The Creepy Claw Caper," episode 1.08 of Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels (airdate October 29, 1977).
History[]
Norma Parker is the agent for Robin, Don, and the Purple Band, whose performance was attended by (among others) Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels. The episode suggests that Norma had been the group's agent since their beginnings, and regarding Robin and Don, they were siblings and the owners of a valuable collection of coins, which were a family heirloom--most likely passed down through several generations.
Events/Heel Turn[]

Norma's heel turn and appearance as The Claw
At some point, Norma turned heel by concocting a sinister scheme to steal the coins, with her heel turn being motivated by sheer greed. As part of her scheme, Norma disguised herself as a masked villainess known as "The Claw" (due to wearing a clawed right hand as part of her disguise), and during the performance, she used an aging ray to turn Don into an elderly man during the group's performance. The heroic quartet and the rest of the audience bore witness to Don's transformation, after which Robin informed the group about The Claw and her valuable coins.
As for Norma, she appeared under her face personality and responded to Robin's accusations of being a habitual eavesdropper by claiming that she had only learned about the coins recently from composer Larry Beck. The Angels suspected Norma, Beck, and Joe West, though they were cleared after hearing The Claw threaten Robin on the phone regarding the coins. The Claw threatened to make Robin suffer the same fate as Don if Robin didn't deliver the coins, and afterwards, the heroic quartet put themselves in charge of protecting Robin.
Unbeknownst to Robin and the quartet, Norma turned heel again and donned her Claw disguise while pursuing Robin, eventually abducting Robin under Captain Caveman's watchful eye. The villainess attempted to acquire the location of the coins from Robin (who remained unaware of Norma's heel persona), even using hypnosis to get her to talk, only to her spell to affect Captain Caveman instead during the Angels' pursuit.
Climax/Defeat[]

The Angels later found four cassette tapes, but played the one marked "X," which was the recording of The Claw's threat to Robin. Having realized that the call was staged and had suspected that Norma was the culprit. Taffy devised a plan to capture Norma as The Claw, which began with Robin agreeing to the villainess' terms regarding the coins, with Norma (as The Claw) ordering Robin to drop them in a nearby trash can.
Afterwards, the evil Norma appeared in her heel persona and cackled over having the coins, only for Captain Caveman to emerge and pursue the villainess, who fired her aging ray at the Angels. Captain Caveman thwarted The Claw's escape and sent her towards a fountain, where she was unmasked and revealed as Norma, as the Angels had figured. Norma was arrested (off-screen), and the Angels and Don were returned to normal by Captain Caveman.
Appearance and Personality[]
- Norma, as herself, is a middle-aged brunette woman; however, as The Claw, she donned a hat, face mask, and trenchcoat--as well as a clawed right hand. In addition, Norma also deepened her voice while speaking under her heel persona, most likely to portray The Claw as a male culprit to avoid any suspicion.
